Lindsey attended Mount Ida College as an Equine Business major, riding on the IHSA team at River Wind Farm. Lindsey boasts many years of experience, a passion for thoroughbreds, an understanding patience for young horses, and a huge love for the Hunter/Jumper and Eventing world! Lindsey has a strong background with the sensitive off-track thoroughbred horse. Among bringing along many horses, her gelding, Sweet William was one of the first. From a troubled, nervous gelding, he came to shine as a talented, reliable, and versatile hunter/jumper and dressage horse. Though Thoroughbreds are in her heart of hearts, Lindsey has experience successfully bringing along many other breeds.
She truly enjoys sharing her knowledge with developing riders of all ages, running a diverse and solid lesson program. Lindsey firmly believes in a dressage foundation as well as cross training for horses and riders to help them enjoy strong careers which can be seen in her successful team! She never stops trying to educate herself and her riders, so while you will not only find her at local and away, rated and unrated hunter/jumper or dressage shows, you can also find her at local clinics and seminars too!
Lindsey has grown and expanded the program at our Tiverton facility, accommodating over 25 horses, with a growing training and sales program.
